Solution 01 — ERP Software

One backbone for the entire operation

Our centralised ERP puts finance, inventory, purchasing, production, sales and people on the same data. Raise a sales order and stock reserves itself, the purchase requirement appears, the invoice posts to the ledger and the margin lands on the dashboard — without one person re-typing anything.

  • Configured to your process, not the other way round. Your approval chains, your document numbering, your VAT treatment, your reporting lines.
  • Cloud, on-premise or hybrid. Host it with us, in your own tenancy, or on hardware you control if your sector demands it.
  • Role-based from day one. A warehouse picker, a credit controller and a director each see the system their job needs — and nothing they shouldn't.
  • Your existing tools keep working. We integrate with the accounting package, payment gateway, marketplace or logistics provider you already use.

Solution 02 — Custom Application Development

Off-the-shelf ends exactly where your advantage begins

Standard software is built for the average of a thousand businesses. The process that actually wins you work is the one no product has a screen for — so your team runs it in spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and someone's head. That is the process worth building software around.

Living with off-the-shelf

  • You pay per user, forever, for features you will never open
  • Your process gets reshaped to suit the software's assumptions
  • The one integration you need sits on a roadmap you cannot influence
  • Staff build shadow spreadsheets to cover the gaps
  • Your competitors run the identical system — no edge in it
  • Pricing, terms and data export are the vendor's call, not yours

Building it around your operation

  • You own the software and the source code outright
  • The screens match the job — training takes hours, not weeks
  • Integrations get built because you asked, not because 500 others did
  • The workarounds disappear because the gaps do
  • What makes you different is encoded in the system, not in headcount
  • No per-seat licence — adding your tenth or hundredth user costs nothing

What we build

Web applications

Internal platforms, operational portals and dashboards your team lives in all day.

Mobile apps

iOS and Android for field engineers, drivers, reps and customers — online or off.

Customer & supplier portals

Self-service ordering, tracking and documents — so your inbox stops being the interface.

System integrations

Make the systems you already pay for talk to each other, reliably and in real time.

Workflow automation

Approvals, alerts, document generation and hand-offs that used to need a person chasing them.

AI-assisted features

Demand forecasting, document extraction and intelligent search, where they genuinely pay for themselves.

Legacy modernisation

Move an ageing system off unsupported technology without losing a decade of data or stopping trading.

SaaS & MVP builds

Have a product idea? We take it from wireframe to a live, paying first version.

Solution 03 — CRM Solutions

Your pipeline should be a forecast, not a guess

Most businesses do not lose deals to competitors. They lose them to silence — the enquiry nobody answered, the quote nobody followed up, the customer nobody called back. A CRM built around your sales process makes that structurally impossible.

Every lead captured automatically

Website forms, phone calls, email, WhatsApp, marketplaces and walk-ins all land in one queue, owned by a named person within minutes.

A pipeline that mirrors how you sell

Your stages, your qualification criteria, your win rules — with weighted forecasting that finance can actually plan against.

Follow-ups that chase themselves

Automatic reminders, sequenced emails and escalation when a deal goes quiet. Nothing waits on somebody remembering.

Quotes and proposals in minutes

Branded documents generated from live pricing, sent, tracked and converted straight into an order — no re-keying into another system.

One shared conversation history

Calls, emails and messages against the customer record, so whoever picks up the phone already knows the story.

Reporting your board will read

Source-to-revenue attribution, rep performance, conversion by stage and lost-reason analysis — refreshed live, not compiled monthly.

Selling without a system

  • Enquiries scattered across inboxes, phones and notebooks
  • Nobody can say what the pipeline is worth this quarter
  • A rep leaves and their relationships walk out with them
  • Marketing spend is judged on feel, because nothing is attributed
  • Quotes take days and get chased by memory

Selling with one built for you

  • Every enquiry logged, assigned and time-stamped on arrival
  • A weighted forecast you can commit to in a board meeting
  • Relationships live in the business, not in a personal phone
  • You know which channels pay and which quietly do not
  • Quotes out the same day, followed up without being asked
Who we build for

If your operation looks like one of these, we have done it before

We work best with established businesses between roughly 10 and 500 people — large enough that the disconnect is costing real money, small enough to still move quickly.

Manufacturing

Job costing, BOMs, shop-floor capture and true margin per production run.

Wholesale & distribution

Multi-warehouse stock, trade pricing tiers and order accuracy at volume.

Retail & e-commerce

POS, online storefront and back office sharing one stock and one customer record.

Logistics & transport

Job dispatch, driver apps, proof of delivery and automated customer updates.

Construction & trades

Project budgets against actuals, subcontractor management and site paperwork that survives the rain.

Healthcare & care

Scheduling, rostering, compliance records and auditable trails for inspection.

Professional services

Time capture, utilisation, retainers and billing that does not leak hours.

Education & training

Admissions, cohorts, attendance and fee collection joined to one student record.

How we deliver

Five stages, and you see working software in every one

No twelve-month silence followed by a launch nobody recognises. You review real screens on a fixed cadence, and change your mind while changing it is still cheap.

01

Assess

We sit with the people doing the work and map how your business actually runs — including the workarounds nobody documents.

02

Design & configure

Screens, data model and workflows designed against that map, so you approve something you can see rather than a specification.

03

Integrate

We connect the systems you are keeping and migrate the history you need, so nothing is stranded on the old platform.

04

Deploy & train

A staged rollout with your team trained on their own data — and a parallel-run period so trading never stops.

05

Support & optimise

Named support after go-live, plus a roadmap that keeps improving the system as the business changes.

Built on

Proven, well-supported technology — chosen for your case, not our habit

We pick the stack that fits your team, your hosting and your budget, and we stay with mainstream tooling so you are never dependent on us to find people who can maintain it.

  • No exotic frameworks. Everything we use has a large hiring pool behind it.
  • Deploy where you need to. Our cloud, your cloud tenancy, or your own hardware.

How to work with us

Three ways to engage — priced to the shape of your project

Every quote is scoped to your requirements, so there is no price list on this page that would only mislead you. What follows is how the commercials are normally structured.

Fixed-scope project

Fixed price · agreed up front

Best when the requirement is clear and you need budget certainty to get sign-off.

  • Scope, milestones and price locked before we start
  • Staged payments against delivered milestones
  • Warranty period after go-live included
  • Change requests quoted separately, never assumed

Team extension

Per specialist · monthly

Best when you already have an in-house team and need specific skills or extra capacity.

  • Developers, QA, DevOps or designers you select
  • They work inside your tools and your process
  • Overlapping hours with UK and Gulf time zones
  • Month-by-month, no long lock-in

Why Aflahtech

Six reasons clients pick us over a bigger name

You own what we build

Source code, database and documentation are handed over as standard. No per-seat licence and no hostage situation if you ever want to move on.

One team, start to finish

The people who scope your project are the people who build it. Nothing is quietly passed to a subcontractor you never meet.

UK base, international delivery

Headquartered in Liverpool with teams delivering into more than 30 countries — UK accountability with the capacity to move fast.

You see progress every fortnight

Working software on a fixed cadence, with a shared board you can open any day of the week. No status reports written to look busy.

Support that answers

A named contact and agreed response times after go-live — because the first six months of live running is when it matters most.

Honest about fit

If an off-the-shelf product would serve you better, we will tell you and point you at it. A bad-fit project helps neither of us.

In their own words

Hear it from the people who run these systems every day

Short, unscripted conversations with the operations, finance and sales leads who use what we built for them.

Straight answers

Frequently asked questions

The questions we get asked most on first calls. If yours is not here, ask us directly — we would rather answer it now than after a contract.

How much does an ERP, CRM or custom application cost?

It depends entirely on scope, so any figure quoted before we understand your process would be a guess. What we can promise is that you get an indicative range at the end of your free consultation, before you spend anything. Smaller single-department systems and full multi-module ERP rollouts sit at very different ends of the scale, and we will tell you honestly which one your requirement actually is.

How long does implementation take?

A focused custom application or a single CRM rollout typically runs in weeks rather than months. A full ERP replacement across finance, stock and production is a longer programme, and we normally phase it so you get value from the first module while later ones are still being built. You will have a stage-by-stage timeline before work starts.

Do we have to replace everything at once?

No, and we usually advise against it. Most clients start with the area that is costing them the most — often stock or sales — prove the approach there, then extend. Systems you are keeping get integrated rather than ripped out, so nothing you already rely on stops working.

What happens to the data in our current systems?

It comes with you. Data migration is part of the project, not an afterthought: we map what exists, clean what needs cleaning, migrate the history you are required or want to keep, and run the old and new systems in parallel until you are confident the numbers agree.

Who owns the software once it is built?

You do. Source code, database schema and documentation are handed over as standard, and there is no per-seat licence on custom work. If you ever choose to take it in-house or to another partner, you can — we would rather earn the renewal than lock you in.

Can it integrate with the accounting or e-commerce software we already use?

Yes. We regularly integrate with accounting packages such as Xero, QuickBooks and Sage, storefronts including Shopify and WooCommerce, payment providers, marketplaces and logistics platforms. If a system has an API, we can connect it; if it does not, we will tell you what the realistic alternatives are.

Is custom software really better than buying an off-the-shelf product?

Not always, and we will say so. If a mature product covers 90 per cent of what you need, buying it is usually the right call and we will help you implement it well. Custom is worth it when the process that differentiates you is the one no product supports — which is exactly where businesses lose the most time to workarounds.

What support do we get after go-live?

A named contact, agreed response times, and a team that already knows your system because they built it. The first months of live running are when issues surface, so support is treated as part of delivery rather than a separate product sold to you afterwards.

How do you handle security and data protection?

Role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, audited change history and hosting in the region you require. We sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive, and we can deploy on-premise or into your own cloud tenancy where your sector or clients demand it.

Do you work with businesses outside the UK?

Yes. We are headquartered in Liverpool and our teams deliver into more than 30 countries, including across the UAE and wider Gulf. Working hours are arranged to overlap with your business day, not ours.

What actually happens on the free consultation?

A working session, not a pitch. We walk through how your business runs today, identify where the time and money are leaking, and sketch what a fitted system would look like. You leave with a process map, an indicative scope and a clear next step — whether or not you go on to work with us.
